Becky knows that both form and fitness are important to endurance athletes. Good fitness and nutrition are crucial, but excellent form is what makes an athlete more efficient and can help prevent injury.
The people Becky coaches want to focus on both form and fitness. She will observe you swim, bike, and/or run at least once so that your training doesn’t just teach you to do the wrong thing better but works to improve your sport efficiency as well as your conditioning level. She also teaches you why you are doing things so that you have a better understanding of your own training and can be more effective at achieving your personal goals.
